Their Sport Grilles are planned on a Cad-Cam workstation with true 3 dimensional Machining and digitizing capabilities, so their engineers can examine and manipulate design shapes all the way through the prototyping process for superior fit before final tooling is developed. Grillcraft’s sign staff invests incalculable hours in product development to guarantee you get the most premium products on Earth. Grillcraft takes grille manufacturing seriously. GrillCraft has a grille fabrication shop and also houses a modeling & urethane injection shop. All modeling, mold-making, and injection processes are performed in house and meet strict standards. Their staff accomplishes this process having years of experience in what is considered a very specialized process with continuous training in new technology as it developes. To ensure a durable finish each grille is exposed to a 7-stage metal pretreatment plating process before being covered in the proprietary Armor Bond Coating Finish. Before packaging, all grilles are carefully inspected. Once everything checks out, the grilles are branded with the GrillCraft emblem, packaged up, and sent out to Dealers and Distributors worldwide for eventual installation in your vehicle. |
